Aaron is a Philadelphia native whose family is originally from South Carolina. Aaron has been an independent thinker from a very young age because he was forced to think outside of the box and figure out solutions to problems on his own. Aaron has a broad life experience. He has lived in quiet cozy suburbs and dangerous inner cities. Aaron has lived in racially diverse and homogenous communities. Aaron has had a relatively “unsheltered” life experience which gave him the benefit of developing a real-world perspective. Aaron has personally experienced discrimination and unfair dealings both inside and outside of the legal system. These experiences have given Aaron an in-depth world view and ability to understand and relate to people from all walks of life.

Aaron is not the typical lawyer who went to law school because it was the “cool” thing to do or because it was a family tradition. Aaron’s legal career was forged in the hot coals and fire of real-life mistreatment and abuse of discretion. When Aaron was in college, he was wrongfully targeted and arrested by corrupt police officers who blatantly violated his constitutional rights and lied under oath to cover it up. Outraged by the blatant injustice and disregard of the Constitution, Aaron fought back. With no formal legal training and no assistance from any attorneys, Aaron represented himself in federal court and secured a six-figure jury verdict against the city and the corrupt officers. Aaron then helped others who were also framed by the same corrupt officials who wrongfully targeted him. Aaron’s willingness to defend the constitution, however, has subjected him to retaliation from certain government officials.

Aaron is a fighter who believes that an attorney’s job is to defend the Constitution, be honest, and seek justice. Aaron has secured reversals of murder convictions, helped people secure new trials with newly discovered evidence, secured acquittals for the wrongfully accused, in addition to assisting people in a broad range of civil and appellate maters. Aaron is a supporter of the Second Amendment. He is also a certified NRA firearms instructor who, in his spare time, instructs law-abiding citizens how to responsibly exercise their rights to bear arms. Aaron is also the author of the book, Don’t Get Lynched! that warns the public about the realities of the legal profession and provides tips to avoid unscrupulous attorneys.

Aaron practices in the areas of criminal defense, pardons and commutations, civil litigation, appeals, and other areas.
